Bakalářská práce se zabývá anaerobními bakteriemi, které se nejčastěji vyskytují v chronických ranách a jejich citlivostí na antibiotika. Větší část práce je zaměřena na antibakteriální léčiva. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with anaerobic bacteria that most frequently occur in chronic wounds and their susceptibility to antibiotics. A large part of the thesis is focused on antibacterial drugs. The knowledge regarding mechanisms of action of antibiotics on bacterial cells, information about local and systemic antibacterial drugs used for treatment chronic wounds and susceptibility of anaerobic …more
