V teoretické části diplomové práce je charakterizována meduňka lékařská a hluchavka bílá, jejich vlastnosti a složení, dále popis antioxidantů a metod využívaných k jejich stanovení. Praktická část se zabývá stanovením celkového obsahu polyfenolických látek a analýzou vybraných fenolických látek v extraktech meduňky a hluchavky metodou HPLC s DAD detekcí. In the theoretical part of the diploma thesis, lemon balm and white nettle are characterized as well as their properties and characteristics of antioxidants and the methods used for their evaluation.
