Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá dodavatelským řetězcem a dodavatelsko-odběratelskými vztahy v krnovském výrobním závodu Bosch Termotechnika. Při vypracování byl proveden sběr primárních a sekundárních dat a na základě poskytnutých dat byly identifikovány specifika, provedeny analýzy a výpočty ukazatelů spojené s řízením dodavatelského řetězce. Následně byla vytvořena matice rizik. Identifikovaná rizika byla ohodnocena relevantními zaměstnanci a rizikům byla přidělena závažnost. K závěru jsou uvedené návrhy a doporučení vyplývající z výše uvedeného.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the supply chain and supplier-customer relations in production plant of Bosch Termotechnika located in Krnov. During the elaboration, primary and secondary data were collected. Based on collected data, specifics were identified, and analyses and calculations of indicators related to SCM were performed. Subsequently, a risk matrix was created. The identified risks were rated by relevant employees and the risks were assigned a severity. Suggestions and recommendations resulting from the above are also presented.
