Hlavním cílem práce je poskytnout právní rozbor nejzajímavějších soutěžních deliktů v oblasti energetiky. Práce se bude zabývat primárně nekalou soutěží v oblasti energetiky, opomenuta nebude ani otázka veřejnoprávních soutěžních deliktů, které svou podstatou naplňují znaky generální klauzule nekalé soutěže. The main aim of the thesis is to analyze the most interesting cases, where the Competition Law was jeopardized by actions of some of the competitors participating in the Energy Market. The thesis deals with law against unfair competition in energetics and also with single-acting mutual concurrence of Civil and Public Law Competition Delicts.
