Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou složení mléka kravského a jeho rostlinných alternativ. V bakalářské práci je popsán obsah kravského mléka, technologicky významné vlastnosti mléka a jejich analýza, složení rostlinných nápojů a srovnání jejich složení s kravským mlékem.
Abstract:
My bachelor's degree work is about analysis of the cow's milk and it's plant-based alternatives. In my work I tell about substances of the cow's milk, technologically important charakteristics of the milk, analysis, structure of plant-based drinks and comparison it's charakteristics with cow's milk.
