Consumer Price Index for Social Household Groups

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem a tvorbou nového experimentálního indexu spotřebitelských cen pro různě sociálně silné domácnosti, který by měl doplňovat indexy spotřebitelských cen vydávaných Českým statistickým úřadem. Tedy celkový index spotřebitelských cen, index pro domácnosti důchodců a index pro domácnosti v hlavním městě. V teoretické části se práce věnuje Indexní analýze, indexu spotřebitelských cen, metodice jeho tvorby a samotnému spotřebnímu koši ze kterého se index počítá. Praktická část práce se zabývá konstrukcí souboru experimentálních indexů spotřebitelských cen pro různé sociální skupiny domácností, které by měli přispět k lepšímu porozumění vývoje cenové hladiny a jejího dopadu na konkrétní skupiny obyvatel. V závěru je hodnocení významností těchto ukazatelů.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the description and creation of a new experimental consumer price index for various social groups of households, which should complement the consumer price indexes published by the Czech Statistical Office. This includes the overall consumer price index, the index for pensioner households, and the index for households in the capital city. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on index analysis, the consumer price index, the methodology of its creation, and the basket of Goods from which the index is calculate. The practical part addresses the construction of a set of experimental consumer price indexes for different social groups of households, aiming to contribute to better understanding of price level development and its impact on specific household groups. The conclusion evaluates the significance of these indicators.
