ANOTÁCIA Túto bakalársku prácu pod názvom ,, Zaistenie osôb a vecí podľa trestného poriadku a zákona o policajnom zbore“ som rozdelila do troch častí. Snažila som sa rozobrať najmä problematiku súvisiacu so zaisťovaním osôb a vecí dôležitých pre trestné konanie. V prvej časti som poukázala na základne pojmy v trestnom práve používané v SR.
