This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of ADHD and the goal of it is to create a handbook of yoga techniques and psychomotor excercises as a means of intermediation of preschool children. The thesis consists of two sections, the first of which is theoretical. It is based off of scientific literature and is divided into two chapters.
