Analysis of the causes of nonconformities in castings and proposal of measures to reduce the frequency of their occurrence in the production organization

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce, která nese název Analýza příčin vzniku neshod u odlitků a návrh opatření ke snížení četnosti jejich výskytu ve výrobní společnosti, je realizovat analýzu nekonformit u odlitků na výrobní lince Panther a z ručního formování, stanovit četnost výskytu neshod, nalézt příčiny jejich vzniku a navrhnout vhodné nástroje v rámci zlepšení systému managementu kvality, které povedou ke snížení, případně k trvalému odstranění výskytu neshod ve vybraném strojírenském podniku. V teoretické části práce se zabývám systémy zabezpečování kvality, nástro-ji kvality, metodami neustálého zlepšování a technologií výroby odlitků. Dále představuji podnik Linhart Steel, a.s., kde uvádím základní informace jako jsou historie a instalovaná výrobní zařízení. V praktické části se věnuji analýze výskytu neshod u odlitků dle typu materiálu, použité výrobní technologie, četnosti jednotlivých vad a stanovení příčin vzniku vad. V kritické zhodnocení současného stavu uvádím opatření ke zlepšení a navrhuji Paretovu analýzu jako hlavní nástroj systému řízení kvality pro efektivní určení kritických míst kvality odlitků a výroby. Jednotlivé části jsem opatřil grafickými výstupy včetně výpočtů vybraných parametrů.

Abstract:

The main target of this bachelor's thesis, which is named Analysis of the causes of differences in castings and proposing measures to reduce the frequency of their occurrence in the manufacturing company, is to bring the analysis of non-conformities in the castings on the Panther production line and from manual for-ming, to determine the prevalence of defects, to find their causes and to propose suitable tools in the framework of improving the quality management system, which should lead to the reduction, possibly to permanent elimination of the occurrence of the mismatch in the chosen engineering company. In theoretical part of the work, I am trying to find out quality assurance systems, quality tools, methods of improvement and casting production technology. Furthermore I would like to present the company Linhart Steel, a.s., where I provide basic information as history and installed production equipment. In the practical part, I analyze the incidence of discrepancies in castings according to the type of material, production technology used, frequency of individual defects and the determination of the causes of defects. In a critical evaluation of the current state, I set measures to improve and propose the Pareto analysis as the main in-strument of the quality management system to effectively identify critical points of casting quality and production. Also, I provided graphical outputs with calculations of selected parameters to each part.
