Abstract:
This master thesis explores the phenomenon of rape culture in the United States of America, its origins, its main causes, especially in selected social groups of American society, and its impact on society as well as individual. The main aim is to determine reasons why is this problem so widespread in the U.S. and what are the possible ways for its correction.
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá fenoménem znásilnění ve Spojených Státech Amerických, jeho historií, jeho systematickými příčinami ve vybraných sociálních skupinách americké společnosti a jeho dopadem jak na společnost, tak na jednotlivce. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, proč je tento problém tak rozšířený právě v USA a jaké jsou možnosti jeho nápravy.
