Tato diplomová práce se věnuje tématu právní regulace obchodu se zbraněmi se zaměřením na unijní a českou právní úpravu. Za tímto účelem práce v průběhu svých kapitol sleduje tři úrovně celosvětové regulace obchodu se zbraněmi – mezinárodní, regionální a národní – a popisuje jejich vzájemnou provázanost.
