Témou bakalárskej práce bolo priblížiť úlohu etického kódexu vo finančnej inštitúcií. Práca je rozdelená do štyroch kapitol.Prvá kapitola všeobecne hovorí o etike jej histórií a členení. Ďalej je venovaná etickému kódexu vo všeobecnosti a jeho druhom a typom. Druhá kapitola bližšie špecifikuje etický kódex v bankovníctve.
