V této práci se věnujeme analýze a depozici tenkých vrstev titanu v nereaktivním plazmatu pomocí různých metod založených na magnetronovém naprašování se speciálním důrazem na multipulzní mód magnetronového naprašování pulzy vysokého výkonu. In this thesis, we study the deposition of the titanium thin film in inert gas plasma using a variety of methods based on magnetron sputtering with an emphasis on multi-pulse High Power Impulse Magnetron Sputtering.
