Podle posledních aktuálních dat Češi kupují více zmrzliny a rádi si připlatí i za prémiové produkty. Cílem této diplomové práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu na prodej Shave ice – produktu, který je kombinací zmrzliny, ledové tříště a ovocných šťáv. According to the latest current data, Czechs buy more ice cream and are happy to pay extra for premium products. The goal of this thesis is to compile a business plan for the sale of Shave ice - a product that is a combination of ice cream, crushed ice and fruit juices.
