Organizační kultura v podnikatelských subjektech vybraného kraje

Abstract:
Cílem této práce je zjištění převládajícího typu podnikové kultury u podnikatelských subjektů v rámci Plzeňského kraje a analýza preferovaného typu u jejich zaměstnanců. V teoretické části je popsána kultura z obecného hlediska, popsány jsou také základní pojmy, které s podnikovou kulturou souvisí. This thesis deals with the corporate culture of the organization. The aim of this work is to determine the current state and ideal state in six areas of corporate culture in business entities of the Pilsen region. The theoretical part describes the culture from a general point of view, the basic concepts related to corporate culture are also described.
