Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je v první teoretické části charakterizovat a přiblížit japonskou gastronomii a stručně vymezit základní gastronomické pojmy. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou nabídky, popisem japonských restaurací a vzhledem k poptávce zkoumá potenciál japonských restaurací v Praze.
Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe a japanese cuisine and to characterize main conception of basics in gastronomy. Next part analyses supply of japanese restaurants in Prague with regard to its demand.
