Diplomová práce se zabývá metodikou vyšetřování vraždy novorozence matkou, přičemž hlavním cíle je explorovat, jakým způsobem spolupracuje policie s dalšími subjekty, jakými jsou soudní znalci z oboru psychiatrie a soudní lékaři v rámci vyšetřováni toho trestného činu. The thesis deals with the methodology of the investigation of the murder of a newborn child by the mother, with the main aim of finding out how the police cooperate with other subjects such as forensic psychiatric experts and medical examiners in the investigation of this crime.
