Analgesy in Prehospital Care

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je Analgesie v přednemocniční péči. Teoretická část začíná definováním bolesti dle světové zdravotnické organizace, dělením bolestí a charakterizuje jednotlivé hodnotící škály. V práci se taky dočteme o tom, jak důležitý je pečlivý odběr anamnézy pro stanovení následné léčby. Dále se zabývá historií tlumení bolesti a nabízí možnosti farmakologických a nefarmakologických způsobů řešení bolesti. Také charakterizuje základní léky a jejich účinky na organizmus. V praktické části jsou uvedeny kazuistiky, na kterých je použití daných farmakologických a nefarmakologických způsobů tlumení bolesti prezentováno. Jedná se o konkrétní kazuistiky případu, ke kterým byli pražský zdravotnický záchranáři vysílaní. Na základě nastudované literatury v práci diskutujeme o postupech léčby a o možnostech, jak tlumení bolesti ještě vylepšit, a tak pacientovi usnadnit již tak těžkou situaci a následnou rekonvalescenci. V různých případech a různých událostech započal každý zdravotnický záchranář léčbu nefarmakologický, ale přes to pokaždé musel pro nedostatečnou úlevu přejít i k lékům. V rámci léčení bolesti se nám v každé kazuistice proto osvědčila kombinace jak léčby farmakologické, tak i nefarmakologické.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is Analgesia in pre-hospital care. The theoretical part begins with the definition of pain according to the World Health Organization, the division of pain and characterizes the individual rating scales. In this work we will also read about the importance of careful history taking to determine the subsequent treatment. It also deals with the history of pain relief and offers the possibility of pharmacological and non-pharmacological methods of pain management. It also characterizes the basic drugs and their effects on the body. The practical part presents case reports on which the use of given pharmacological and non-pharmacological methods of pain relief is presented. These are specific case reports of cases in which Prague paramedics were sent. Based on the studied literature, we discuss the treatment procedures and the possibilities of how to further improve pain relief, and thus facilitate the already difficult situation for the patient and subsequent recovery. In various cases and events, every paramedic started non-pharmacological treatment, but in spite of this he always had to switch to medication for insufficient relief. In the case of pain treatment, a combination of both pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments has therefore proved successful in each case report.
