Increasing the efficiency of production lines in a plant

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá zvýšením efektivity vybrané výrobní linky ve vybraném závodu. Nejprve je představena štíhlá výroba, druhy plýtvání a nástroje štíhlé výroby. Poté je práce zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu výrobní linky a nalezení oblastí, v kterých dochází k plýtvání. Následně jsou vypracovány návrhy řešení redukce plýtvání, které mají za cíl zvýšit efektivitu výroby na dané lince. Navrhované změny jsou na závěr zhodnoceny.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on increase of efficiency on the production line in the plant. At first the thesis introduces a lean production, types of wasting and tools of a lean production. After that the thesis is focused on a current state analysis and also on pointing out the areas of wasting. Then there are proposed the solutions of wasting, which are aiming to increase of efficiency. At the end the proposed changes are evaluated.
