Bakalářská práce se zabývá odměňováním zaměstnanců – strategií a mzdovou politikou ve vybrané společnosti. This bachelor thesis covers the reward process of the employees - strategy and wage system in selected company. The purpose of the thesis is to design an active, effective and motivational system fulfilling the principles of fair remuneration, which follows up the wage policy of this company.
