Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza systému hodnocení zaměstnanců ve vybraném subjektu a následný návrh na zlepšení tohoto systému. Bakalářská práce obsahuje teoretické vymezení, analýzu současného stavu, SWOT analýzu a výzkum prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Práce obsahuje také návrhy na zlepšení.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to analyze an employee evaluation system in a selected entity and subsequently to suggest a way how to enhance this system. The bachelor thesis comprises theoretical definition, analysis of current conditions, SWOT analysis and research by way of a questionnaire survey. The work includes suggestions for improvement as well.
