Stalking jako forma trestné činnosti

Abstract:
Absolventská práce je zaměřena na problematiku stalkingu jako společnosti nebezpečného jevu. Součástí této práce je právní rozbor tohoto trestného činu a právních následků, které jsou s ním spjaty. Dále se zabývá charakteristikou pachatele stalkingu a oběti z kriminologického hlediska.
Abstract:
Graduate work focuses on the issue of stalking as a dangerous phenomenon. This work is a legal analysis of this offense and the legal consequences that are associated with it. It also deals with the characteristics of the perpetrators and victims of stalking criminological perspective.
