Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve společnosti Treboplast, s. r. o. Cílem této práce je analyzovat, jaké benefity mají zaměstnanci společnosti Treboplast, s. r. o., jaké jsou jejich cíle a efektivita a na základě výsledků navrhnout jejich optimální strukturu. V teoretické části je popsána problematika vztahující se k zaměstnaneckým výhodám a základní pojmy řízení lidských zdrojů. V aplikační části je představen podnik, na kterém je analýza provedena. Analýza je provedena za pomocí získaných informací z teoretické části společně s metodami zkoumání interních materiálů, rozhovoru s HR generalist společnosti a dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci. Dotazníkové šetření je zaměřeno na průzkum spokojenosti zaměstnanců se současným systémem benefitů, který zaměstnavatel poskytuje. Na základě výsledků analýzy jsou zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky a jsou navržena odpovídající opatření.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of employee benefits in the company Treboplast, Ltd. The aim of this work is to analyze what kind of benefits Treboplast employees have, analyze their goals and effectiveness and based on the results propose their optimal structure. The theoretical part describes the issues related to employee benefits and basic concepts of human resources management. In the application part, the company on which the analysis is performed is introduced. The analysis is carried out with the help of obtained information from the theoretical part together with methods of examination of internal materials, interview with HR generalist of the company and questionnaire survey among employees. Survey is focused on employee satisfaction with the current benefit system employer provides. Based on the results of the analysis, research questions are answered as well as appropriate measures are proposed.
