Risk Perception of Occupational Accidents at the Selected Workplace

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá subjektivním vnímáním rizika pracovního úrazu ze strany zaměstnanců. V teoretické části jsou popsány možné rizikové faktory na pracovišti a dosavadní poznatky ohledně způsobu jejich vnímání ze strany dotčených pracovníků. V praktické části byla nejprve provedena identifikace rizik na vybraném pracovišti a následně bylo zjišťováno subjektivní vnímání závažnosti těchto identifikovaných rizik ze strany zaměstnanců. Na tomto základě byla následně navržena opatření ve vztahu k manipulaci elektrických zařízení, práci v hlučném prostředí a pohybu po pracovišti.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the subjective perception of the risk of occupational accidents by employees. In the theoretical part, possible risk factors in the workplace and current knowledge regarding the way they are perceived by the workers concerned are described. In the practical part, risks were identified at the selected workplace and then the employees' subjective perception of the severity of these identified risks was determined. On this basis, measures were subsequently proposed in relation to handling electrical equipment, working in a noisy environment and moving around the workplace.
