The Project of the Motivational Programme as a Tool of Motivation and Stabilisation of Sales Managers in the XYZ Company.

Abstract:

Cílem mé diplomové práce je vytvoření motivačního programu pro obchodní manažery ve firmě XYZ, s. r. o., který povede k jejich motivaci a stabilizaci ve firmě. V první části, kterou tvoří teoretické poznatky, jsou uvedeny poznatky o personálních činnostech v podniku, původu motivace a teoriích motivace. Zvlášť jsou popsány poznatky o pracovní motivaci, stimulačních prostředcích a zavádění motivačního programu. V analytické části je na základě dotazníků a rozhovorů prováděna analýza spokojenosti, motivace a zkoumána úroveň stabilizace ve firmě. Výstup analýzy představuje projekt, který reaguje na požadavky obchodních manažerů ve firmě a zaměřuje se na takové aspekty, které povedou k jejich motivaci a současně i ke stabilizaci.

Abstract:

The aim of my thesis is to create a project for businessmanager´s in company XYZ, Ltd., which will result inincreasing their motivation as well as the stabilization of the company. In the first part, which provides theories including topics such aspersonnel activities in the company, the origin of motivation and theories of motivation. Particularly findings about employees? motivation, stimulation mediums and introduction motivation programs are described in this part. The analytical part, consists of the analysis of questionnaires and interviews which were conducted to gain information about employees? satisfaction andmotivation. Furthermore, the level of stabilization in the company is discussed. The outcome of the analysis is a project which suggests solutions according to the requirements of business managers of the company. Aspects, that lead to improving motivation and stabilization are emphasized.
