Abstract:

V předložené diplomové práci jsem si dala za cíl posoudit, resp. srovnat konkrétní cizí zdroje, pomocí kterých podnikatelské subjekty financují svoji činnost. Zkoumání je rozděleno do dvou bloků a to porovnání produktů vhodných pro financování dlouhodobých aktiv – finančního leasingu a úvěru a srovnání produktů, které se využívají k financování krátkodobých aktiv – kontokorent, revolvingový úvěr, faktoring. V teoretické části představuji finanční instituce poskytující jednotlivé formy financování, podrobně popisuji jednotlivé produkty. U jednotlivých typů forem financování vytyčuji jejich výhody a nevýhody a tím stanovuji kritéria, dle kterých je možné provést komparaci jednotlivých produktů. Zabývám se také finanční analýzou, jako hlavního nástroje, pomocí kterého je možné zhodnotit finanční zdraví podniku a určit potřebnou výši zdrojů nezbytných k financování podniku. Teoretické poznatky aplikuji na zpracování konkrétní finanční analýzy, určení optimální výše financování. Stavím proti sobě jednotlivé nabídky a porovnávám je dle stanovených kritérií. V poslední kapitole doporučuji vhodnou formu financování pro analyzovanou společnost a poukazuji na to, že každý podnik je zcela odlišný a má určitá specifika, tudíž vybraná hodnotící kritéria se mohou lišit. Na závěr práce konstatuji, že pro určení optimální formy financování nelze stanovit jednoznačný návod, ale pouze nastínit určité postupy a doporučení. Předložená práce má pět kapitol. Kapitoly jedna až tři vycházejí převážné z teoretického základu. Hlavní kapitoly jsou čtvrtá a pátá, ve kterých jsou teoretické poznatky využity ke zpracování praktické části.

Abstract:

The object of the submitted dissertation is to assess or compare concrete liabilities by which entrepreneurs fund their business activities. The research is divided into two sections, namely comparison of products suitable for long-term assets financing – a financial leasing and a loan and then product comparison used for short-term assets financing – authorised overdraft, revolving credit, factoring. In the theoretical section of the paper I present financial institution providing above mentioned forms of financing and describe relevant products in detail. I identify main advantages and disadvantages of particular forms of financing and thereby I define criteria for comparison of particular products. I am also engaged in presenting financial analysis as a main instrument for analyzing financial standing of a company and setting of required volume of financial resources needed for financing of a firm. I apply theoretical findings to concrete financial analysis processing and determination of optimal volume of financing. I contrast individual offers and compare them according to the stated criteria. In a final section of the paper I recommend suitable form of financing for analysed company and advert to the facts that every company is profoundly different and has its specifics, thus selected evaluative criteria can differ At the conclusion of the dissertation I state that there is not possible to define unique directions for determination of optimal form of financing, but only adumbrate certain techniques and recommendations. The submitted paper is divided into five chapters. The chapters one (1) to three (3) mostly result from theoretical fundament. Main chapters are four (4) and five (5) in which the theoretical findings are utilised for practical section processing.
