Abstract:
Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda lze efektivně předcházet firemní kriminalitě. V prvé řadě objasnit pojmy týkající se tohoto tématu, příčiny páchání firemní kriminality, metody a způsoby jejímu předcházení. Dále ve své práci uveřejňuji výzkum PricewaterhouseCoopers, zabývající se hospodářské kriminality ve světě v porovnání s ČR. A nakonec uvádím pár případů kazuistiky.
Abstract:
The aim of my Diploma Work is to find out if it is possible to prevent the crime in the firm. First of all to clear the concepts concerning this topic, causes of commission of crime in the firm, methods and ways of preventing them. Next in my Diploma I feature the research of PricewaterhouseCoopers, conversant with economic crime int the world, comparing with Czech Republic.In the end I name several …more
