Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou podmínek aktivit franchisového konceptu. Získané informace slouží pro aplikaci převzetí konceptu pro vlastní podnikání. Teoretická část se věnuje vývoji franchisingu v české republice, významu základních pojmů, historií a aktuálním stavem. Hodnoceny jsou přínosy a nedostatky této formy podnikání.
