My thesis deals with financial analysis and planning in a private medical clinic providing health-care facilities in a small town. The goal of this thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of the medical clinic, defining the strengths and weaknesses of the company, and suggesting of proposals and measures that should improve the financial situation of the company.
