Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na přítomnost partnera u porodu, na jeho přínosy a možná úskalí. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsaný historický vývoj partnera u porodu, současná problematika partnera u porodu v České republice i zahraničí, problematika partnera u porodu v kontextu porodní asistence, přítomnost partnera u porodu v jednotlivých fázích porodu, typy partnerů u porodu a jejich potřeby. Zmíněna budou i možná negativa a důsledky přítomnosti partnera u porodu. Výzkumná část je věnována kvantitativnímu výzkumu, jehož cílem je zjistit názory a zkušenosti mužů s porodním procesem u partnerky. Výsledkem této práce je zjištění, že muži většinou mají pozitivní zkušenosti s porodem a připadají si jako jeho aktivní účastníci. Většina mužů se na průběh porodu nepřipravuje předem, ale i přesto se domnívají, že jsou pro svou partnerku dostatečnou oporou. Většina partnerů je spokojena s péčí personálu a přístupem k jejich potřebám.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the presence of a partner in childbirth, its bene-fits and possible pitfalls. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The the-oretical part describes the historical development of the partner in childbirth, the current issues of the partner in childbirth in the Czech Republic and abroad, the issue of the partner in childbirth in the context of midwifery, the presence of the partner in childbirth in various stages of childbirth, types of partners in childbirth and its needs. And perhaps the negatives and consequences of the partner's presence at birth. The research part is devoted to quantitative research, the aim of which is to find out the opinions and experi-ences of men with the birth process in their partner. The result of this work is the finding that men usually have a positive experience with childbirth and feel active participants in childbirth. Most men do not prepare for childbirth in advance and still believe that they are sufficient support for their partner. Most partners are satisfied with the care of the staff to their needs.
