Diplomová práce se v obecné části zabývá autorem zvolenými instituty, které se týkají výstavby dopravní infrastruktury, kdy je kladen důraz na jejich analýzu z pohledu práva. The general chapter of this diploma thesis deals with the institutes chosen by the author, which relate to the construction of transport infrastructure, where emphasis is placed on their analysis from the point of view of law.
