Abstract:

Cíl: Cílem průzkumu je zjistit, jak jsou studentky na středních školách v Havířově informovány o prevenci rakoviny děložního čípku, zda se jim dostalo informací o možnosti očkování proti této nákaze. Metodika: Soubor, který jsme zkoumali, tvoří 150 studentek středních škol v Havířově. 63 studentek z gymnázia Studentská, 58 studentek navštěvuje střední odborné učiliště Baron school a 29 studentek z Hotelové školy a obchodní akademie. Zvolili jsme studentky 1. ? 4. ročníků, tedy převážně ve věku 15 ? 18 let. Průzkum byl prováděn začátkem měsíce března 2012. Z původních 210 dotazníků jich 150 studentek ochotně vyplnilo. Výsledky: Informace, získané průzkumem, byly vyhodnoceny a následně graficky zpracovány. Výsledky ukázaly, že převážná většina respondentek je dostatečně informována o možnostech očkování proti rakovině děložního čípku a s rodiči již tuto možnost probírala. Také jsme zjistili, že se většina respondentek při pohlavním styku chrání a antikoncepce je nejpreferovanější ochranou. Více než polovina studentek odpověděla, že pravidelně 1krát ročně navštěvují svého gynekologa. Závěr: Celková informovanost, o problému rakoviny děložního čípku, byla u respondentek na středních školách v Havířově dobrá. Studentky mají dostatek informací o prevenci rakoviny děložního čípku. V dnešní době je tato vakcína finančně velmi náročná, proto je zde z celkového počtu 150 respondentek pouze 42, které jsou již očkovány.

Abstract:

Aim: To find out the level of awareness regarding the cervical cancer prevention among adolescent female students at secondary schools in Havířov and to find out, whether they received sufficient information about the option of inoculation against this disease. Methodology: The examined array is formed by 150 female students of secondary schools in Havířov. 63 female students are from Studentská secondary grammar school, 58 attended secondary vocational school Baron School and 29 are from hotel management school and business school. We selected students from 1st to 4th grades, i.e. 15 to 18-year old girls. The research was carried out in the early March of 2012. 150 out of the original 210 female students took part in our research. Results: Information acquired from the survey was assessed and subsequently processed into graphic form. The results showed that most of the female students are sufficiently informed about the option of preventive inoculation against cervical cancer and have already discussed this with their parents. We also found out that most of the respondents protect themselves during coitus and that the contraceptives are the most preferred means of protection. More than a half of the female students also responded that they visit gynaecologist regularly once a year. Conclusion: The overall awareness of the female students attending secondary schools in Havířov regarding the cervical cancer issue was assessed as good. These female students have sufficient information regarding cervical cancer prevention. At present, the respective vaccine is highly expensive, therefore there were only 42 out of the total of 150 respondents who were already inoculated.
