Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám problematikou syndromu vyhoření u pomáhajících profesí, konkrétně u pedagogů. První část práce, teoretická, obsahuje informace získané studiem odborné literatury. Jednotlivé kapitoly jsou věnovány syndromu vyhoření- historii, definici, příčinám, příznakům, fázím průběhu, diagnostice, léčbě apod. V rámci učitelské profese se snažím nastínit jednotlivé aspekty povolání učitele a blíže rozvinout problematiku s tímto spojenou- osobnost učitele, učitelské stresory, prevence syndromu vyhoření u učitelů apod. V druhé části práce, empirické, prezentuji výzkumné šetření, které bylo zaměřeno na zjištění míry (úrovně) postižení syndromem vyhoření, v závislosti na chování osobnosti typu A/B a ověření vztahů k tzv. neutrálním faktorům, u vybraného souboru respondentů.

Abstract:

In my thesis I deal with the problem of burnout among the helping professions, particularly among teachers. The first part is theoretical and contains information obtained from studying literature. Individual chapters are devoted to burnout- its history, definition, causes, symptoms, phases of the course, diagnosis, treatment, etc. Within the teaching profession I will try to outline various aspects of the teaching profession and elaborate the issues associated with this- personality of the teacher, the teacher stressors, preventing burnout among teachers, etc. In the second part, empirical, I present the research which was aimed to determine the degree of burnout, depending on the behavior of personality type A / B and verification of relations to the so-called neutral factors for a selected group of respondents.
