Tato diplomová práce se zabývá europeizací trestního práva a justiční spoluprace v trestních věcech. This disertation deals with the europeanisation of criminal law and judicial cooperation in criminal cases. It divided into two main parts, history of the europeanisation of criminal law and judicial cooperation in criminal cases and the second part deals with the Lisbon Treaty ´s provisions of the criminal law that are subsequently interpreted.
