The issue of female homelessness from social workers perspective

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ženského bezdomovectví z pohledu sociálních pracovníků. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak sociální pracovníci reflektují tuto problematiku a jejich návrhy na zefektivnění pomoci. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí – teoretické a empirické. Teoretická část se zabývá nejprve bezdomovectvím, dále upozorňuje na specifika žen bez domova a na práci sociálních pracovníků v této oblasti. Tedy, co všechno mohou ženy bez domova využít, aby se dostaly zpět do běžného života. Empirická část se zabývá výsledky výzkumu, které byly získané během rozhovorů s respondenty ohledně uvedené problematiky. Velká pozornost je věnovaná i způsobům, které mohou zlepšit situaci bezdomovectví u žen, a to jak prostřednictvím poznatků z odborné literatury, tak i ze získaných dat od respondentů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of female homelessness from social workers perspective. The aim of this thesis is to determine how social workers reflect on this issue and their proposals for more effective assistance. The work consists of two parts - theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part first deals with homelessness, then draws attention to the specifics of homeless women and the work of social workers in this area. That is, all that homeless women can use to get back into normal life. The empirical part deals with the results of research, which were obtained during interviews with respondents about the issue. Great attention is also paid to ways that can improve the situation of homelessness in women, both through knowledge from the literature and from data obtained from respondents.
