Recognization and Reconstruction of Crime
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rekognici a rekonstrukci trestného činu jako procesní úkon. Podrobně jsou rozebrány rekognice a rekonstrukce z pohledu obecnosti, přípravy a fází. V práci je věnován prostor pro návrh věcného záměru zákona o trestním řízení soudním z roku 2007 a úpravě problematiky v zahraničí.
Abstract:
This bachelor's work is centred on the recognization and reconstruction of crime as procedural action. There is described the recognization and reconstruction from view of commonness, preparation and periods. In this work is a space for the Pragmatic concept of Criminal Procedure 2007 and adaptation of this dillema abroad.
