Financial Statements in accordance with IAS / IFRS and Czech accounting standards

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma „Účetní závěrka podle IAS/IFRS a českých účetních předpisů“ je zaměřena na výkazy účetní závěrky podle Mezinárodních účetních standardů a českých účetních norem. Na základě komparace se stanoví rozdíly či shody. V teoretické části práce je krátce popsán proces harmonizace a regulace účetnictví, a také jsou popsány jednotlivé IFRS včetně koncepčního rámce IFRS, který je základem pro pochopení účtování podle IFRS. Další bodem teoretické části je porovnání dané problematiky s českými účetními předpisy. V praktické části jsou tyto teoretické poznatky aplikovány na účetní závěrku ve vybraném podniku, který vede účetnictví podle českých účetních předpisů a jeho skupiny, která vede v rámci konsolidačního celku účetnictví podle IFRS.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis on the topic „Financial Statements in accordance with IAS / IFRS and Czech accounting rules" focuses on the statements of financial statements in according to International accounting standards and Czech accounting standards. On the basis of a comparison are establish differences or conformity. In the theoretical part of the work is briefly described the process of harmonization and regulation of accounting, and also describes the individual IFRS, including the conceptual framework, which is the basis for understanding the accounting under IFRS. Another point is the theoretical part of the comparison is the issue with the Czech accounting regulations. In the practical part of this theoretical knowledge applied to the accounts in the selected company, which keeps the accounts in accordance with Czech accounting rules and his group, which runs in the context of the consolidated group accounts according to IFRS.
