V bakalářské práci bych se ráda věnovala problematice právní úpravy, kterou je regulována reklama na kojeneckou výživu. V práci zmíním existující právní předpisy, příklady z praxe a další důležité samoregulační nástroje. In my bachelor's thesis I would like to focus on the issue of the legisla-tion regulating the advertising of infant formula. In the thesis I will mention legislations, practical examples and other important self-regulatory tools. I will indicate what are the effective tools for regulati-on and whether their enumeration is effective and progressive. I would like to highlight the most important points …more
