Quality management process at the manufacturer of electronic components for the automotive industry

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce na téma „Proces řízení kvality u výrobce elektronických komponent pro automobilový průmysl“, je „Vytvořit návrh doporučení pro zlepšení řízení kvality ve výrobním podniku.“. V bakalářské práci jsou využity informace o vývoji systému řízení kvality od jeho prvopočátku v přístupu klasického manažerství Henriho Favola, Frederika Winslowa a Maxe Webera, přes manažerskou revoluci Henryho Forda a Tomáše Bati po druhé světové válce, až po transformaci systému řízení kvality do dnešní podoby. Zvláště důležité je vysvětlení a pochopení procesního přístupu a specifických požadavků zákazníka. Na základě analýzy teoretických informací o vybrané problematice a jejich implementace do korporátních podmínek organizace, je záměrem bakalářské práce vyhodnotit, zda současné nastavení systémového a procesního přístupu řízení kvality mají dostatečný rozsah, pochopení a reálnou integraci ve všech úrovních organizační struktury. Pro zjištěné odchylky je dále vytvořen návrh řešení korespondující s mezinárodními podmínkami systému řízení kvality u výrobce elektronických komponent pro automobilový průmysl.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor's thesis on the topic "Quality management process in the manufacturer of electronic components for the automotive industry" is to "Create a draft recommendation for improving quality management in a manufacturing company.". The bachelor thesis uses information about the development of the quality management system from its inception in the approach of classical management of Henri Favol, Frederik Winslow and Max Weber, through the managerial revolution of Henry Ford and Tomas Bata after World War II, to the transformation of the quality management system to its current form. Explaining and understanding the process approach and specific customer requirements is especially important. Based on the analysis of theoretical information on selected issues and their implementation in the corporate conditions of the organization, the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate whether the current system and process approach to quality management have sufficient scope, understanding and real integration at all levels of the organizational structure. A proposal for a solution corresponding to the international conditions of the quality management system at the manufacturer of electronic components for the automotive industry is also created for the detected deviations.
