Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá nákupním chováním spotřebitelů na lokálních trzích v Jihočeském kraji. Lokální trhy hrají klíčovou roli v regionální ekonomice a komunitním životě tím, že poskytují místním prodejcům prostor pro přímý prodej jejich produktů spotřebitelům. Cílem kvalifikační práce je identifikovat a vyhodnotit názory a zkušenosti spotřebitelů nakupujících na lokálních trzích v Jihočeském kraji, a to v konkrétních městech, a vytvořit profil spotřebitele a jeho nákupní chování při nákupu na těchto trzích. Prostřednictvím kombinace výzkumných metod dotazníkového šetření, polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a pozorování provedených na lokálních trzích v Českých Budějovicích, Písku a Strakonicích došlo k identifikaci klíčových trendů v této oblasti. Práce rovněž poukazuje na několik problémů, kterým lokální trhy čelí, včetně konkurence ze strany velkých maloobchodních řetězců, vyšších cen a omezené provozní doby. Výzkum je omezen na konkrétní města v regionu, proto je zde prostor pro další obsahově obdobné práce, které by cílily na města v jiných krajích ČR.

Abstract:

This thesis examines consumer purchasing behavior in local markets in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. Local markets play a key role in the regional economy and community life by providing local vendors with a space for direct sales of their products to consumers. The aim of this thesis is to identify and evaluate the opinions and experiences of consumers shopping at local markets in the South Bohemian Region, specifically in certain cities, and to develop a profile of consumer and his buying behaviour in these markets. Through a combination of research methods including surveys, semi-structured interviews, and observations conducted at local markets in České Budějovice, Písek, and Strakonice, key trends in this area have been identified. The thesis also highlights several issues faced by local markets, including competition from large retail chains, higher prices, and limited operating hours. The research is limited to specific cities in the region, thus there is scope for further similar studies targeting cities in other regions of the Czech Republic.
