Abstract:

Tato studie zkoumá reakce na žádosti o zaměstnání ukrajinských uprchlíků při přijímání do zaměstnání ve firmách v České republice v určitém časovém období. Popis: Studie bude probíhat na základě vytvoření a zaslání fiktivních žádostí o zaměstnání, které se liší podle národnosti uchazečů, potenciálním zaměstnavatelům s dotazem na volné pracovní pozice. Sběr dat bude probíhat pomocí korespondenčního testu od března 2022 do září 2022 a bude spočívat v dohledu a zaznamenávání odpovědí zaměstnavatelů do datového souboru. Tato metodika je považována za zlatý standard pro studium diskriminace na nejrůznějších trzích (např. diskriminace pracovníků na trhu práce, diskriminace nájemníků na trhu s nájemním bydlením, diskriminace zákazníků na trhu s odborníky na duševní zdraví). v těchto analýzách bude autor testovat následující hlavní hypotézu: Hp D.1.: Účinnost "Lex Ukrajina" --který pomáhá ukrajinským uprchlíkům intergerovat a zajistit si volný přístup na trh práce České republiky, se s časem snižuje v důsledku jevu zvaného psychické otupení.

Abstract:

This study investigates the responses to job applications of the Ukrainian refugees in the recruitment process in companies located in Czech Republic over a period of time. Description: This study will take place by creating and sending fictitious job applications that differ based on the applicants’ nationality to prospective employers to inquire about a vacant job positions. The data will be collected using a correspondence test from March 2022 to September 2022 and it will consist of supervising and recording employers’ responses in a dataset. This methodology is considered as the gold standard for studying discrimination in a wide variety of markets (e.g. discrimination of workers in the labor market, discrimination of tenants in the rental housing market, discrimination of customers in the market for mental health practitioners).In these analyses, the author will test the following main hypothesis: Hp D.1.: Effectiveness of the “Lex Ukraine“ --that assists Ukrainian refugees to interrogate and secure free access in labor market of the Czech Republic, decreases with time due to a phenomenon called Psychic numbing.
