Wiring women on parental holidays bis general public life through mother's centres
Abstract:
Práce popisuje situaci žen na mateřské dovolené. Teoretická část analyzuje současnou situaci rodin s dětmi v České republice, praktická část se zaměřuje na ženy, které se angažují v mateřských centrech. Hlavním výzkumným cílem práce je objasnit důvody, které vedou konkrétní matky k tomu, že chodí do mateřského centra a aktivně se podílejí na jeho organizaci.
Abstract:
Work describes situation women on maternal holidays. Theoretic section analyses contemporary situation families with babies in Czech republic, practical section be focusing on womenwhich sign up in maternal centres. Major experimental objective work is clear up reasonswhich lead concrete motherhood heretothat the going to maternal centre and actively participate on his organization.
