Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem nového výrobního toku pro vidlicové nosníky ve firmě VOP CZ, s.p. Obsahem teoretické části je literární rešerše z dostupných zdrojů zabývající se průmyslovým inženýrstvím. This thesis describes the design of a new production flow of beams in company VOP CZ, s.p. The theoretical part is a literature review of the available resources dealing with industrial engineering.
