Abstract:
Bakalářská práce popisuje trestní zákonodárství nad mládeží za dob Československa. Jednotlivě rozebírá paragrafy týkající se problematiky trestné činnosti mladistvých. Její součástí je též historický exkurz do problematiky trestního zákonodárství a popis nápravných zařízení dané doby.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis describes criminal law juvenile for period of Czechoslovakia. Separately analyzes the isme of juvenilie deliquency. It includes a historical guide to the issues of criminal law and a description of the detention period.
