Care for unemployed people, who are over 50 years old, in the Pardubice Region

Abstract:

Moje práce se bude zabývat pojmem a problematikou diskriminace na trhu práce. Zaměřím se na skupiny osob, které jsou na trhu práce z různých důvodů diskriminovány vůči ostatním. Důraz zde kladu především na osoby starší 50 let věku. Zajímám se dotazy na pracovníky o to, co pro tyto osoby může udělat a co vše i koná úřad práce. Metodou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s uchazeči zjišťuji jejich pocity a názory na možnosti pomoci ze strany úřadu práce. V teoretické části hledám možnosti uplatnění uchazečů nejen zdravých, ale i těch s různým zdravotním omezením, jako jsou změněná pracovní schopnost či částečný invalidní důchod. Zajímá mne i otázka vlivu sociálního zázemí a jeho dopady na psychiku a emoce nezaměstnaného.

Abstract:

My thesis will deal with the concept and problems of discrimination in the labor market. I will focus on groups of people which are discriminated against the others in the labor market for various reasons. I place emphasis especially on persons over 50 years of age. I am asking employees a question what could labor office do and already does for them. Using the method of semi-structured interview with applicants I find out their feelings and opinions on the possibilities of applying not only for healthy applicants, but those with various health restrictions, such as theo nes with changed working ability or partial disability pension. I am also interested in the question of the impact of social background and its impact on the psyche and emotions of the unemployed.
