Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá studií kolon s povrchově pórovitými částicemi s různými stacionárními fázemi v jednorozměrné vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografii a dvourozměrné kapalinové chromatografii. Jejím cílem je nalézt povrchově pórovitou kolonu vhodnou pro použití ve druhé dimenzi úplné dvourozměrné kapalinové chromatografie k analýze přírodních antioxioxidantů.
Abstract:
Subject of the studies performed within this thesis was investigation of columns with surface-porous particles with different stationary phases in one-dimensional high performance liquid chromatography and two-dimensional liquid chromatography.
