Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo určit míru validity chytrých náramků Xiaomi Mi Band ve verzích 4, 5 a 6 v rámci měření počtu kroků a tepové frekvence. Výzkum byl prováděn v laboratorních podmínkách na běhátkovém ergometru a schodišti. Součástí šetření bylo 18 probandů, kteří byli studenty UJEP a pohybovali se ve věkovém rozmezí 20-30 let. Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to determine the level of validity of Xiaomi Mi Band smart bracelets versions 4, 5 and 6 in the measurement of step count and heart rate. The research was conducted under laboratory conditions on a treadmill ergometer and stairs. The subjects included 18 probands who were students of UJEP and ranged in age from 20-30 years.
