Innovation of personnel management at an airline

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem personálního managementu v letecké spo-lečnosti. V práci bylo pojednáno o personálním managementu obecně a v závěru literární-ho přehledu také se zaměřením na odlišnosti personálního managementu v letovém úseku letecké společnosti. Byl proveden, a následně zdokumentován, kvantitativní výzkum mezi zaměstnanci vybrané nejmenované letecké společnosti na téma metody náboru nových zaměstnanců. Následně byl vytvořen nový inovativní postup při náboru nových zaměst-nanců do letového úseku dané společnosti. Tento návrh byl také ekonomicky vyčíslen a porovnán s náklady na klasické výběrové řízení.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of personnel management at an airline. The thesis discusses personnel management generally. The end of the literature is focused on the differences in the personnel management of the flight department at an airline. Quanti-tative research among employees of a selected airline on the topic of recruitment methods was conducted and subsequently documented. Further, a new innovative procedure was created for the recruitment of new employees to the flight department. This proposal was additionally economically quantified by comparison with the costs of a traditional tender.
