Abstract:
Absolventská práce se zabývá principem fungování nestátní neziskové organizace. Primárně je zaměřena na zdroje financování nestátní neziskové organizace. Práce pojednává také o zaměstnancích v nestátním neziskovém sektoru a personální činnosti. Dále se zmiňuje o fundraisingu a druzích nevládních organizacích.
Abstract:
The graduate thesis deals with the principle of non - governmental non - profit organization. It is primarily focused on the sources of financing of non - governmental non - profit organizations. The thesis also deals with employees in the non - profit sector and personnel activities. It also mentions fundraising and non - governmental organizations.
