Strategic Analysis of a Business Organization, Vasky trade s.r.o.

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhotovit strategickou analýzu společnosti Vasky trade s.r.o., která je klíčová k formulaci strategie pro dosažení dlouhodobého úspěchu podniku. V teoretické části práce jsou jednotlivé analýzy a nástroje popsány a v praktické části jsou poté aplikovány na vybranou společnost. Práce se skládá zanalýzy vnějšího okolí společnosti, kde je makrookolí posuzováno metodou PESTLE, a mikrookolí pomocí Porterova modelu pěti sil. Další část práce tvoří analýza vnitřních zdrojů společnosti za použití modelu VRIO a finanční analýzy. Za pomocí poznatků z dílčích analýz je sestavena matice SWOT a jsou navrhnuta strategická doporučení.

Abstract:

The goal of this bachelor’s thesis is to conduct a strategic analysis of the company Vasky trade s.r.o. to support building its business strategy. The theoretical section of this thesis outlines relevant concepts, analysis and tools which are applied to Vasky trade s.r.o. in the practical section. The thesis consists of an external analysis where the macro-environment is evaluated using the PESTLE Framework and micro- environment is assessed by Porter’s five forces model. Further, the company’s internal resources are evaluated using VRIO model and financial analysis. The key findings are then summarized in the SWOT matrix and strategic recommendations are formed based on these results.
